In this public talk and series of experiential classes, we will learn practical methods for prevention of disease, anti-aging, enhancement of sexual vitality, and balancing the mind and energy.

Introduction to the Tibetan Art of Rejuvenation: We will discuss the fundamentals of Tibetan Medicine and introduce the theory behind Tibetan rejuvenation practices.
Sunday, May 1, 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Tibetan Art of Rejuvenation Practical Class — Body: We will determine our constitution according to Tibetan Medicine; create a customized rejuvenation plan consisting of herbal medicine, diet, and lifestyle choices; and learn physical exercises according to typology.
Sunday, May 8, 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Tibetan Art of Rejuvenation Practical Class — Speech & Energy: We will practice simple breathing techniques to balance the energy in the body and empower our herbal medicines with mantra to enhance their healing properties.
Sunday, May 15, 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Tibetan Art of Rejuvenation Practical Class — Mind: We will learn and practice meditation techniques to balance and revitalize the mind.
In order to get the most out of these practices, it is strongly encouraged to attend the entire four-part series.
